Service Engineer working on industrial control products (Variable speed drives and motors from 125W to 150MW).

Spent 26 years in the RAF specialising in air movements and supply/logistics.

 

Now run my own self-build housing consultancy (think Grand Designs) and run courses on self building and project management in Swindon along with being resident 'Expert' for Build It magazine writing articles and giving advice at self build shows.

Knew the former but not the latter - would love to self build but never any land about!

When working undercover one of my best disguises was as a Shopfitting Joiner working on mostly high end stuff, y'know prestige jobs, government buildings and the like.

Heres me with a pair of entrance doors I made and fixed at an office block in London, the address was No1 Piccadilly from here I could observe the 'targets' without arousing suspicion.  I have since been stood down, some call it retirement, but your never retired in my job ;)

Nice work Paul ,  very classy , we have similar doors in the entrance to the drawing room    :)
