Paul Morcom Posted May 8, 2015 Posted May 8, 2015 I see everyone is getting their weather-based excuses in earlier. Not sure what all the fuss is about, the online forecast I can see shows Saturday to be a sunny with some cloud and a shower at 12:00 and 18:00 and then Sunday wall-to-wall sunshine for the whole day. Terry Everall Posted May 8, 2015 Author Posted May 8, 2015 "excuse" ---after fitting new wishbones etc my geometry will take some getting used to and all the handling will be different Quote
XTR2Turbo Posted May 9, 2015 Posted May 9, 2015 I can't imagine what it must be like to want to jump off a motorway bridge, but does it really need to take 2 hours to resolve? We had similar on the M25 last year and it was closed for 3 or 4 hours causing chaos. Quote
Terry Everall Posted May 9, 2015 Author Posted May 9, 2015 Congratulations on an unbelievably quick drive by Tim Nun to smash the record with 58.64secs I think which bows away the Target Time and that was on a cold track.....brilliant drive Quote
Terry Everall Posted May 9, 2015 Author Posted May 9, 2015 In the end it was dry but it was b......y freezing Quote
Marcus Barlow - Show and Events Co-ordinator Posted May 10, 2015 Posted May 10, 2015 A few pics from today well done chaps Quote
Tricky Posted May 11, 2015 Posted May 11, 2015 A few of my pictures, (no flash camera for me like Marcus ) For anyone that's never been to Harewood here's what the hill looks like, it has to be one of the best places to spectate motorsport from! Here some of the cars are waiting to go off the start line, not sure but think Harewood is the only hillclimb course that starts down hill? Here's some of the speed series regulars, (apologies for anyone I missed). Terry Everall Brother Steve Stephen H Shaggydoo (AKA John Walters) Think this Mark Anson (although we've never met). Terry Everall Posted May 11, 2015 Author Posted May 11, 2015 Nice pics and it was mark Anson in the orange car 1 Quote
Tricky Posted May 11, 2015 Posted May 11, 2015 A few more pictures, although not all westies. John Hoyle, fighting for grip (as usual). A very tidy Mk2 doing what they do best! Ready, Steady! And sideways! On three wheels! Quote
