Martin Keene
The day after I collected it, 21st September 1997, parked on my grandad's drive:The day I put it up for sale:The day the new owner took it away, 12th June 2013:Only original parts of the car believed to be left were; chassis, main body, back axle, rear suspension links, front uprights, fuel tank and wiring loom. Even the last two had been heavily modified...

Rory's Dad
That's not the same car.... is it??
M444TTB
Sure is! The yellow body was a bit scruffy and the bonnet in particular was broken. When Westfield couldn't get me a new bonnet due to the mould being broken(!) I ended up getting an entire new body via Steve.D. Also stripped the interior out and did some engine work. Andrew
OK, just after SVA, 2001 ..then one of the first trackdays, Elvington 2002 I think.. ... and, a couple of months back at Cadwell. Stuck with the Pinto, have gone from 105bhp to just over 170. Some things are unchanged in the fifteen years or so.. still on the same factory supplied Avo shockers, and still using the gearbox I removed from the 120,000 mile Sierra donor! Matta
I've not had my current Westie for very long but this is what it looked like when I picked it up early June 2014: ...and this is how it looked by the end of June: It's being treated to a new set of Pro-race 1.2's/ R1R's and a hugely expensive complete engine rebuild at the moment, so another picture to follow later.
