Alan France Posted June 21, 2020 Share Posted June 21, 2020 Not quite old F1 but close, our Nigel when he moved to Indy Cars. I was working in Milwaukee and made the trip to Phoenix International Raceway (PIR) for the race in 1994. Nigel had won F1 and then the Indy Car series in 1993, despite hitting the wall at PIR at close to 180mph. He came third at PIR in 1994, with the race won by Fittipaldi. Two videos, the first Nigel in the pits, the second wheel change practice on Emerson's car. Full pit access including start/finish grandstand tickets came to $40, cheap or what?
