Paul Hurdsfield - Joint Manchester AO
Thanks all, It's nice to share them rather than let them gather dust in the loft. I have thousands of slides from the 70s, think Hunt, Lauda, Peterson, Andretti etc. I just need some manky weather to persuade me to get scanning them
Andrew
Ooops Corrected now, thanks Andrew. It's amazing how I can't remember where I've parked my car, but I know what Piquet's crash hat looks like.. it's that certain age. Crap weather aproaching, get scanning, you've got some cracking photos there. I've got a wee few, I'll have to have a sort through, unfortunately I know a lot of them aren't up to much.. Any guesses? De Angelis in the Lotus? followed by.. Toleman maybe.. Senna?

Andrew
While we're waiting for Mr H to fire up his scanner.. Just watched this vid. Piquet's qually lap from 1986. 1min 7.064 .. I don't think anythings gone quicker round the GP circuit since. '86 was the last year F1 was at Brands.
