Captain Colonial Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 My thanks to Mark as well, he certainly wasn't expecting to have to post out 35 copies by hand all at once! Welcome to the MemSec hot seat! Just as an aside, we've had the cost of posting these 35 issues by hand refunded to the club by the mailing house, so we're not out of pocket. Quote
Graham0127 Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 Good ! What about Mark's tongue though.....how many stamps on my envelope ??? Quote
Captain Colonial Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 Sorry, I can't comment on Mark's tongue - or what's left of it. Postage used to be much simpler, there was a single pre-glued stamp to post off a large letter 2nd class. Now it's 1 x 1st class, 1 x 2nd class, and 1 x 2p stamp for 2nd class large letter up to 250g - time-consuming. I did get sick of the taste of postage stamp glue. :barfing: Quote
