Pretty good day at Blyton yesterday, the weather could only have been better if it had been a tad cooler!

Thanks to Nick & Steve for getting this one up and running, and a bigger thanks to Steve (& Mike) for avoiding me after my little incident..

My car never missed a beat all day, which was a pleasant change of late. Had some good fun on track and will get some video up soon.

I didn't take many pictures, but what I have are uploaded here:

Can we also thank the Steve & Nick &  Blyton Park for an excellent day. As 'first timers' /complete novices, I more so than son, was slightly nervous about what to expect. I shouldn't have worried - from signing on and the drivers brief onwards the day was extremely well organised and both of us were made welcome and all the other drivers accommodated our early pace to get accustomed to the track and what the car could achieve. We improved ( I think) during the day especially after taking up the offer of booking some excellent instruction from Mark(?). I would certainly recommend this event to anyone who may be thinking about having a go. Thanks again

Some video from me.

A bit long and sadly a little out of focus however I seem to now have a steam engine instead of a Zetec (you might want to catch just the last 3 or 4 mins).

Thanks to Nick & Steve for setting up a great day and the track layout superb, my first real drive of the Fiesta and for a 1.6 I was quite impressed of how it drove and handled (once I sorted the gear linkage out), a huge difference from my past 240bhp Westy but was still bags of fun on such a track layout.

Some Good Photo's there Terry, I'll pm you to nick a couple of I may.
