BLiNK Motorsport
Murray did not give his winnings from Wimbledon to charity. £1.6 million, no chance Terry Terry, you under estimate him! He was a young boy that saw many of his friends murdered in school at Dumblane - he was the next class due into the gym where the shootings happened and was walking accross the playground to the gym when the incident occured. Rather than resign himself to a life of depression he wanted to become the best tennis player in the world, as a young teenager he spent months away from home training and basically gave up his childhood for his dream. The fact he is paid large sums of money is not his choice - he does not 'demand a salary'. Since he has been winning tournaments he has been donating his prize money to various charities. He also returns to Dumblane regularly and puts a lot of effort into helping the community overcome the horrors of yester year. He may not talk that well on interviews but he certainly has a generous personality - he is not pretentious (Sold a Ferrari he was given by a sponsor - gave the money to charity and usses a VW Polo instead!). IMO he is a very good role model for youngsters through his own dedication - how many of us would give up everything to try to be the best at something? Here is a link to his donation of his prize money which is quite well doccumented: http://inagist.com/all/353956050740850688/
