Apples, what can you do with them?

The apple trees are full of apples. Never seen so many.

Any ideas what I can do with them?

No cider, can't get a press in France.

Thinking of Apple puree, about 10 gallons of the stuff.

All the cooking suggestions are not on, Hm won't bake a crumble or a pie. 45 years married and she's never baked a cake.

I fancy making pots of apple puree. Peel and core them, boil in a large pan with water, cinnamon and powdered sweetner stuff (no sugar) and then she can purre them in her magic soup maker.

Put them in pots and find a couple of hundred people to give them to.

I'm not kidding, we must have 1/2 ton of apples on the trees.

ed to add, can you make an apple wine?

edit again to say Oh yes you can... HERE

You could sell the apple puree on Ebay.

Apple wine is easy loads of recipes about. Just need containers and air locks to kick it off then bottles which you will have to hand.
