M444TTB
Is that an mt75 tunnel section of carpet Matt ?? Any uprights for the screen too.? Hi Craig Yes it is an MT75 carpet. It has a small hole by your elbow where the radio aerial came through but is otherwise tidy I think. With the screen I'm including everything. I've just pulled it straight off the scuttle. M444TTB
Hi is the hood for a widebody and the two popper and channel type fixing? Cheers Yes and yes. The channel is in two pieces (not sure if that's how it comes or a modification?!) and sits over the top of the screen.
Dave Eastwood (Gadgetman) - Club Chairman
The channels on the hoods often get broken, replacements are available from Westfield if required.
M444TTB
This has been deliberately cut in that case. Possibly to make fitment easier or stop it breaking?
Dave Eastwood (Gadgetman) - Club Chairman
Possibly, a few people have started cutting it and putting a popper on the hood, and matching base on the screen frame, but I guess you'd know if that had been done! (Some people find it lifts at speed, mine doesn't, so not everyone is affected) They just glue in with contact adhesive though, IIRC cost around £40 so even buying a new one, that roof still looks a bargain! Burlers
Cool! I'm interested then... I'll PM you Matt (Matt ain't paying no commission though Dave ) - I believe a lot of people crack 'em in half to fit em in the boot!
M444TTB
That might explain it then! Although I found it 50/50 staying in the boot!
