Still streamlining the fleet so another car for sale.

All the high end Ultima parts for original build supplied from the factory. (wing, instruments, seats, side pods, Oz alloys, air con etc etc)

 

Car was originally built in 2002 with the usual SBC engine for SVA and I have since had it converted to a race spec LS7 engine.

 

Most of the fitment was completed by Promota Sport and the engine work by Peter Knight race engines in Daventry

 

Started as an all new LS7 crate engine and virtually all moving parts upgraded.

  • Crank, rods (4340 steel)
  • Stroked to 454 cu in
  • Diamond / Mahle racing pistons & rings
  • Uprated camshaft, valve springs, retainers & locks, billet timing set.
  • Jesel shaft mounted rocker set up.
  • Kinsler individual throttle body set up, complete with TPS. linkage, etc.
  • Relocated coil pack and alloy rocker covers
  • MOTEC M800 with Advanced functions(traction control) and dual Lambda
  • Twin Bosch Fuel pumps
  • Twin Lambda sensors
  • Dry sumped
  • Dyno printout 696 bhp @ 6500 rpm / 618 ft/lb at 5100 rpm. Over 500 ft/lb everywhere above 3000 rpm !

Total cost all of the above was £25k !  ECU alone is £3k

 

Installed with the following:

 

  • Gardner Douglas adaptor plate and triple plate clutch, slave and starter motor £2k
  • DC electronics motorsport spec engine wiring loom £2k
  • Simpson race exhausts complete system £4.2k
  • Zircotec exhaust coating £1.2k
  • G50/52 Gearbox – fully rebuilt will shot peened internals and California Motorsport billet side plate. LSD and 30mph/1000 ratios. One of the strongest Porsche boxes available.
  • Modified oiling system with electric oil pump top feed and oil cooler.

 

Price includes the registration P700 BHP worth £1000

 

Current odometer is 2700 miles

 

Car is presently still sorned from the winter but will be sold with 12 months MOT and 6 months tax.

 

Car has been built for go rather than show !!  Body work has some stone chips and small marks. Front splitter was grazed slightly on one side.

Sorry I'm not looking for anything part exchange :d

 

I just put an advert on PH and I have had three emails already including one from Germany and one from France.

 

I thought these cars were hard to register there.

 

We will see.

yep that is not your usual  American Speed engine.

 

A tough decision to sell because it has taken alot of time and money to get to this spec.

I dont doubt it - will refer my man in Qatar to the advert and he may get in touch.  He's in Paris tonight but is interested.

Fantastic spec there and truely awsome cars. I would love to be able to indulge in my fetish for cars like you clearly do, what ever you do for a job you certainly seem to enjoy the fruits. Good luck with the sale

David, wish you had put this up last week!! Have just sold the Gould you fancied taking in part ex :d :D

Oh congratulations on selling the Gould Nick. 

 

I think I would have needed surgery to fit in.

 

I've been car shopping too but have taken a decision to consolidate down to a small(ish) number of toys that cover all bases ;)

 

I don't have a base marked Dallara at the moment ... :d

David , you really should mark a base with Dallara, really good cars and quite a bit of room in them for a single seater. It's only 300 bhp so you would be fine with it :d
