Hello, 

 

I seem to have stopped getting email alerts when I receive a PM. My preferences in the notification options still appear to be set correctly.

Is anyone else getting the same issue?

Same here - it's a problem I've highlighted just yesterday to the long-suffering Adrian.  Abnormal service will no doubt be resumed as soon as possible.  Thanks for the heads up.

I always assumed you didn't get them if you were logged in at the time. Maybe I spend too long on here!

I think it's everyone, not just particular forum users.   Isn't technology a wonderful thing?  Adrian will sort it when  he can.

Yep had noticed, and tried the usual log out/log on things.

 

Didn't say anything to Adrian as it was quite nice to have some peace and quiet (not)

Yep, fixed this morning - and I've had 168 emails this morning dating from last Saturday lunchtime until now.

Not been working for me for some months now. I did get email notifications, they stopped about the time of this topic. Started again for a few days and then stopped again.

What do I need to do to fix?
