For anyone considering Speed Series, competition, or HSA championships this year or next I cannot recommend this day highly enough.

A year ago I had never been on a track and this year I am doing it.

You will get many years combined experience, delivered in a highly professional manner, at a very good venue ALL FREE

Go for it... you wont regret it!

Ditto to that  i found it very worthwhile even though I then didn't start sprinting for another year :)

But i still can't forgive Paul (greenandmean) for calling me slow :d

I'd recommend this for any newbies

Mark did I say you were slow, how unsensitive of me ??? but when it comes to slow I should know as the late Allan Staniforth used to say " the older I get the faster I was" :d  :d

Can really recommend the school to any newcomers whether you have done any events or not.

Not sure if it's being done the same this year, but in the past you just turn up on the day and then pick the time slot you want in the morning before.

Due to our wonderful new boardroom we can now do pre booked / Paid sessions, which should be live by Monday. Scott & I are working on them, or should I say I am writing the words and Scott's doing all the hard work :d These will be at a DISCOUNT compared with turning up on the day :d

I have not had a response to my PM sent last week and want to wait until I know more before booking any of the afternoon sessions.
