Do you have sizing for the Parka jacket? What does a Small and Medium size as? What length too?

The sizes of the parka are:

 

Small:                                                         Medium:

underarm to underarm = 58cm approx      underarm to underarm = 60cm approx

arm length = 58cm approx                         arm length= 61cm approx

length = 76cm approx                                length=78cm approx

Hi, I'd have the soft shell in medium at the shown price of £29.94, but it goes up to £71.94 when you add it to basket!! Is that right?

Received the parka jacket today, perfect fit round my body but I must have much longer arms and its short on the arm. What's the returns/swap policy if I swapped it for a medium?

Westfield sold the last medium before I got a chance to swap my small. They have offered a refund but thought Id offer it here before I send it back.
