hello im after some general help please i would like to remove my current seats and replace with Tillet b6 seats any one know what's needed to fit them and how hard it is to do not sure what runners needed make them fit

About the same as my Zetec Turbo then, also with full cage.

Ricky's was 742kg at our last weigh in. His had lots of heavy weight bits on, so probably heavier than most v8's. Kenton's is only 30kgs heavier than my zetec, but does have loads of black gold on it 😁

My Seight with a full cage is 660kg. Driving is a pleasure, bucket loads of torque. Whats not to like!

I think those V8s are not as heavy as people imagine either. I bet there's not a lot in it compared to say my turbo Zetec, what with all the turbo and extra gubbins you need.

Have a chat with Tim, Adrian. He'll take you out in his. Torque is amazing and it corners as well as any other Westie. His is on Nitron's all round. So handles really well. Plus the sound is awesome 😁

What about cornering and handling i drive a megablade which is super nimble to drive and manoeuvre from left to right i can imagine a v8 to be more sluggish with a heavy engine even with updated suspension to match

It seems bonkers that you can buy an epic Westy like this and have enough money left over to also buy a lovely baby Aston to keep it company, for less than the price of even the cheapest new Westy! This is amazing value for money. Good luck with the sale

They are unbelievable fun..and also very nice to drive, the power is almost instant even at low revs…..yes, it’s basically the same engine all be it slightly more bhp. Typically TVR ‘over egged’ their power claims!…

I've never been in a V8 Westie, in fact I don't think I've ever seen or heard one running, I bet they are great fun! Is this basically the same 4.0 V8 they put in TVR Chimaeras and Griffiths?
