Using the Enterprise Bold Italic font and Fusion 360, I created a copy of the Westfield badge that @Marcus Barlow - Show and Events Co-ordinator used to sell and printed it on my 3D printer (.STL attached).  Brass screw inserts sit on the back and then some thin aluminium was used to create tabs that hook into the back of the grille.

 

 

A few coats of primer followed by gold paint and lacquer makes it look convincingly metal

Picked up my side panels from Mark at Carbon NV and popped into next door's unit where Martin at Ro-Fit & MH Auto Services runs the bodyshop.  Dropped off my nose cone to have a professional painted nose band on it.

Sprayed the radiator and surround black so they will be less visible behind the grille.

Point of no return...  cutting the bodywork to fit my new side panels

 

 

Then fabricated a small plate to close off the hole between pedal box and body.

 

 

And then cut the side panel to fit as I'm keeping the bonnet locating blocks.
