January 17th, 2015 Spend: £29.35   After a very docile December month, we're finally getting into the 'spend a weekend in the garage' routine that I need in order to get the car back on the road on the 1st of March (this year!). November 2nd, 2014 Spend: £0   Now the dash is removed, I need to untangle the wiring mess. After recommendation on the forums I also removed the scuttle. It makes access so much easier.     November 16th, 2014 Spend: £5.55   Finally had the courage to tap the 5/16th UNC thread in the exhaust manifold and I shouldn't have been so worried. October 12th, 2014 Spend: £40   I picked up a new silencer from BCF back in September which he had on his Crossflow to replace my battered example, but luck is not on my side as the link pipe on the new exhaust is different to mine and it won't clear the bodywork.     Ok, I'll remove the exhaust manifold then so I can clean it up and wrap it with some heatwrap... June 15th, 2014 Spend: £446 Sold:  £300   For the past 2 months I've been sitting on a padded garden chair cushion due to not being able to drive the car with the standard Westfield sport seats. May 3rd, 2014 Spend: £7   Now the brakes are back together again, I could finally concentrate on the diff. The breather was smaller than the thread on the diff, so I bought some Sikaflex EBT+ from Screwfix and just glued it in place.     Then went for spin to warm the diff oil up and used my Pela 6000 to suck the old stuff out (by god it smells!). Spend: £4,200   Even after I bought, spend, broken down, spend some more and sold my previous Westfield, the urge to own another one kept coming back, like a bad cold you just can't shake.
