We also organised a max-power meet for them with all the Fast & Furious boys in attendence (with the strange absence of Jan and his neons mind you). I'm hoping we will feature quite heavily, but then again, I guess it all depends on how many beers you bought them (just look at the joke of the CCC article goodness me). gee_fin Posted October 6, 2003 Share Posted October 6, 2003 206 was just a qualifying run early in the day, I tapped the tyres (no damage thankfully), we qualified in 2nd (Martin Atwell in 1st) for the class and went on to win the class. I had to push pretty hard to win the class so ended up with no handicap time meaning I had to make up quite a few seconds against the Escort in the run-off. Lost the handicap heat by about a foot! Next week will be the rally, it seems they're only showing the footage of all my mistakes so expect some more next week Two hours of in-car footage and they show my one spin and one tyre wall kiss *grumble grumble* Graeme. gee_fin Posted October 6, 2003 Share Posted October 6, 2003 lol Shut up Kenyon Car was running full ballast for that event (had to weigh 580kg) so was a bit sluggish off the line. As a spoiler, the rally footage is likely to have comedy tourette's moments due to poor co-driving, another crash (I'm going to build something of a rep at this rate) and a burnt out clutch in between some reasonable driving (which no doubt they'll skip for the bits of s**t driving ).
