SteveD
is bacon just for breakfast or would it be ok for dinner etc in my view bacon is for breakfast , it does not seem right having bacon any other time other pork products would be fine at any time of day , but bacon is for breakfast

Mark (smokey mow)
Perfectly acceptable to have in the evening as part of a mixed grill or during the day as a bacon butty On it's own however it has to be gammon with a ring of pineapple and served with chips.

dombanks
Bacon and egg for tea, no problem with that. Oh yes ... My dad used to cook me bacon egg chips and beans on a Friday for dinner when he'd got back from work. Washed down withilky tea that seemed to be hotter than anything you could imagine.
