Aha...two down the other way :)

They obviously arrived after I did, so they weren't in that photo of mine (taken almost as soon as I arrived).

I do remember wondering what that was :)

Good turnout guys, shame I had to come in the tin top  but at least I parked it out of site :D

Great selection of cars there :D

My favourite was the Jaguar XJ13

Plenty of cool cobras   and of course lots of wicked Westies :p

Cheers

  • 9 months later...

Figured I'd resurrect this topic...anyone know if this event is running this year? Shaun's announcement about last year's event was in early March...

Whoops, edited to add, I've just checked the Jag Enthusiast Club web site, and it says it's on Sunday 9th May.

Anyone going?

:0

I've just realised, now everyone will see Blatters' number plate again :)

Isn't Hambleden just still in Bucks? Out of the grip of Boris Johnson :p

Quite possibly...the site I linked to says it's at 'The Stag & Huntsman & Hambleden Sports Ground near Henley on Thames Oxon'.

Just been informed by the Welsh Wizard, that this is the day before my first airfield day of this year...have to have a think about whether I can do both ???

Unless someone wants to help me crawl around my car showing me the bits to check (again, sorry Tony) before the track day? :)

Pretty flimsy reasoning, I reckon....  :p  :p  :p

If it doesn't clash with a SS event (and I'm pretty sure it doesn't for me) then we'll be there.......

We could even do the track day prep on the field........

Ok...I guess I'd better get some kind of catch tank on there then!

Not sure whether we'll definately be coming, hopefully we'll be able to make it though.

A squash bottle and some duct tape will do it...

I'll have some cable ties and a big hammer with me on the day. What else could you need? ???
