Norman Verona Posted July 1, 2012 Share Posted July 1, 2012 It's a bit cheaper here, but not by much. However, the Diesel is cheaper than the petrol. Not, as in the UK, we were all encouraged to buy diesel cars as they were "greener" then the tax on Diesel, which isn't "green" is put up over and above the duty on petrol. GuitarmanUK Posted July 1, 2012 Share Posted July 1, 2012 My first part time job was working on a petrol forecourt when you could get 2, 3, 4 and 5 star petrol and 4 star was under 50p a gallon.
