Norman Verona
It was -7 here yesterday. Now I have a burst pipe which runs along the edge of the roof upstairs. Luckily, due to my injured back I still haven't got all the floor down so I can still reach it - just! It all froze yesterday and I put an electric heater in the space between the eaves and the wall to defrost it. Oh, happy days.

Dave Eastwood (Gadgetman) - Club Chairman
So is it Mr D having a sneaky word with the landlord of The Whipping Stocks to get an extra bucket of coal lobbed on the fire?

Dave Eastwood (Gadgetman) - Club Chairman
Cracking shot their Dave, winter camo colours for the Westfield seem appropriate! Wrap up warm, and there some lovely blue skied crisp days to blat on this time of year, you've just got to remember the throttle and brake pedals have more than two positions - their not just on/off switches I just sluice off the crud once I get home, (both me and the car sometimes!) and recoat the vulnerable metal bits with some more ACF50

frag68
Just saw Dave's post about the highest village in Scotland. I was there last Saturday and it was every bit as cold. Just heading out somewhere in the Westy in the next hour or so. Making the most of this dry clear weather. Fraser
Dommo
I've been in the garage every night this week without fail. God bless the electric radiator, though I swear half the town dims slightly when I turn it on. The LandRover hasn't faired so well though. Battery died yesterday morning leaving me walking the 3 miles to work. Put a spare on charge last night and managed to jump start from it this morning. Now of course, the heater doesn't blow hot air anymore! Stupid thing, doesn't it realise I'm a southerner?
Davep1
Liked it so much yesterday - manged to get chance to go out again today - sun, snow, and no traffic - brilliant. Looks like you southerners are getting the snow tomorrow - so we all expect some good pics of you out in it!! Dave
Matta
Great pics Dave. I'm extremely jealous! Hopefully going to get out again in mine this weekend - Sunday is looking more likely weather-wise just now. Matt
