Dave Eastwood (Gadgetman) - Club Chairman Posted January 14, 2012 Posted January 14, 2012 A fine choice, but they didn't see to be built to last sadly. Quote
lippydave Posted January 14, 2012 Posted January 14, 2012 If my numbers come up I'd like a Nissan GTR (with a tweeked motor to about 900bhp) as my daily driver and a McLaren MP4-12C or a 458 for weekends and high days....Oh and maybe a Noble M600 for when the Macca and Fezza are being serviced.... :d Quote
Bob Green Posted January 14, 2012 Posted January 14, 2012 A fine choice, but they didn't see to be built to last sadly. You are not wrong there. I went to Holland to view a LHD; so much was my desire to own one but quite frankly, the condition was crap. If I had the choice now and could purchase brand new (which will not happen), end of sale! It is a wonderful car that can seat five people, go like hot snot and be civilised. How many cars can boast that? Quote
Major Stare Posted January 14, 2012 Posted January 14, 2012 A classic....... would have to be - ,Alfa 33 Stradale, Ferrari 250 GTO, or E Type A future car would have to be a Jaguar C-X16.......... Quote
lippydave Posted January 14, 2012 Posted January 14, 2012 A future car would have to be a Jaguar C-X16.......... The convertible will be available before the coupe..... It's seriously pretty too...There is one sat about 30 ft from my desk at work.... 1 Quote
evo97 Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 Childhood dream car a Lancia Stratos. Now many but probably a 911 GT3 RS but ask me again tommorow and im sure you would have a different answer. Nathan Quote
Matt Seabrook Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 But now, with a free choice, I really struggle, in fact, it wouldn't be a new car at all, I'd have to include in a fantasy garage a car that's been my out and out favourite for looks, since the day I first saw it announced, the Ferrari 288 GTO http://www.adrianblo...88_gto_side.jpg Have to agree with this. Stunning car Quote
Young Pretender Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 I'm still drooling over the F250 GTO above. Just stunning Quote
Dave Eastwood (Gadgetman) - Club Chairman Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 250GTO gorgeous, but just too obvious all kudos to those that do, but I really would be too scared to take it on the road. Quote

I'm working on the R-S version of both this and the coupe amongst other nice stuff... PS: Slotted the JK into the buggy this afternoon, (inspired/enthused by your "not a rebuild thread!), need to go and get a smaller JK for the passenger now....
