To my mate, who is a Ford technician and who sorts mine for me, I said "15/40?" and he say no no no no no!!!!!! 5w30 in any Zetec and nothing else. Maybe you lot all know this already? steppenwolf Posted October 29, 2003 Share Posted October 29, 2003 This old chestnut crops up fairly often but having taken advice from numerous places, not just here, I decided on 5W 30 and as I could get Castrol GTX Magnatec for free ( don't ask ) this suited me fine.
