Clicky Innovate's LC-1 is perfect for permanent car installs. Will hook up to one of their MTS dash board gauges via a digital serial connection, or thanks to two separately programable analogue connections will feed any gauge accepting a 0 to 5 Volt or lower signal - I used it with a Race Technology Dash 2, the second analogue out is perfect for connecting to your ecu. It will either simulate an ordinary narrow band Lambda sensor - perfect if you have a car with a CAT for emissions purposes, or it can be set to give a second wideband output that your ecu can use for closed loop mapping.
