Did you say you got overtaken TWICE I did got overtaken by a handful of stuff - not much that came past me didnt really find my lap timer that practical as the iphone cannot be operated with gloves on so pressing the "go" the small fiddly "go" button was a bit tricky my best time from the first half was 1.53 although I dont think I had a complete clear lap the whole evening - didnt manage to record any times beyod 7pm so I would like to think I had shaved a bit of that time as my confidence was getting up particularly around coppice Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
allegory Posted August 10, 2011 Share Posted August 10, 2011 What a great circuit and good weather to experience it with. My first time at cadwell and with other types of cars on the track so was very impressed seeing what hot hatches could actually do. However, the pinto power held up well and we had some interesting sideways moments of our own through most corners i reckon. Was amusing seeing a Ute being taken round at first then, once i'd got some sort of understanding of the circuit corners, it just became a slow chicane.
