Nigel D
I've just brought a Westfield which is a 95 model. I want to buy an outside cover for it and the manufacturer wants to know if it is a wide body model. How do I tell if it is or not
Paul M
Sit in it with a largeish passenger next to you, if you cant turn the wheel halfway to the left without banging shoulders it's a narrow body. or phone the factory and quote the chassis number and they should tell you. fordy
If its got detachable rear arches, then its a wide body. Although this doesnt mean that if it hasnt then its a narrow - detachable rear arches are an option, but ONLY available for the wide body. JasonR
AFAIK If you haven't got detachable rear arches, but you have an indent in the cockpit(in the main body moulding) by the drivers right elbow/shoulder then it is a wide body.
