Pulley problems

Hmm. If what you're saying is that the alternator and water pump are in alignment but the crank pulley is not I'd be tempted to check that the crank pulley is fitted fully home onto the end of the crank.

I have heard that the alternator bracket bushes can squish down and cause a little misalignment but this doesn't explain why the crank and water pump pulleys are out of alignment.
