DutchWestfield Posted February 23, 2003 Share Posted February 23, 2003 Hi, I bought a fuel filter from an Opel to fit between my fuel pump and the fuel rail of my Zetec on injection. The filter does not have an arrow on it to show in which direction the fuel should flow through it. Can any of you help me ?? Left to right, or right to left ?? Or does it not matter ?? neo Posted February 23, 2003 Share Posted February 23, 2003 looking at the picture above it will flow from the right hand side to the left as pictured, 99% of filters tend to flow from the bowl side towards the crimped side any hows ive seen quite a few filters like that and they flow as ive said normally they do have the arrow on mind.
