hilux Posted January 26, 2003 Share Posted January 26, 2003 I have the Westfield supplied steering wheel that bolts onto a boss that contains the spline connection. Cant afford (yet) a quick release wheel so want to fit a wheel that looks a bit better. Is the six/eight hole (cant remember exactly) boss dimension an industry standard? peterg Posted January 26, 2003 Share Posted January 26, 2003 yes, the holes (6 or 8) are standard in that all 6 holes will fit the same boss and all 8 holes will fit an 8 hole boss etc. although you can't mix them - don't forget that if you need to SVA the car it must have the proper padded cover etc etc...
