Guest
My car is registered as an historic vehicle. (I think because the original own/builder kept the engine and propshaft from a 1968 escort) As such I don't have to pay roadtax. With any luck I will soon be getting an upgraded engine, a1700Xflow to replace my 1300 Does anyone know what affect this will have on my "historic vehicle status"? (I'm paranoid about going into a detailed discusion with the DVLA, in case they cotton on to the fact that my car wasn't really built in 1968).. peterg
all you have to do is send the logbook back with a request to change the engine number, they don't ask why
