media116 Posted August 30, 2010 Author Posted August 30, 2010 Hi Cosmick, Many thanks for that. Although I was able to get to the Festival of Transport this weekend, I'd certainly love to have a ride in your busa-engined car! Unfortunately, I'm not able to contact you directly from this site (don't have the necessary permission!). So please can you send me an email so we can make an arrangement? My email address is: chris@media116.com Regards, Chris Quote
ibbo Posted August 30, 2010 Posted August 30, 2010 i had a ride in a busa powered car yesterday the performance blew me away wicked car and the noise wow like a f1 car my only concern was oil presure approx2.5 bar at idle is that the norm for a bike engine my zetec engine shows 4 Quote
Terry Everall Posted August 30, 2010 Posted August 30, 2010 After a track session or hard road Busa oil pressure is often 0.5 bar ( or b****r all) but that is normal at tick over Quote
Neil_M Posted December 17, 2010 Posted December 17, 2010 Folks, Just as a query on this topic. What are the price differences between the Fireblade and Hayabusa engine/gearbox packages. Am I right in assuming £2k for the Fireblade engine and gearbox? Quote
andyfiggy2002 Posted December 17, 2010 Posted December 17, 2010 893cc blade £1k in my car (new blade £2k + £1k for dry sump) 1300cc busa £3k + £1k for dry sump you pays your money, you takes your choice Quote
Neil_M Posted December 18, 2010 Posted December 18, 2010 Ta for the reply Andy. I'm deliberating between the two at the moment myself. Quote
