knapdog
I have a pre lit 1700 crossflow. My handbrake lever is now lifeless as it is not engaging to the cable as the nipple has disappeared. There isn't a great deal of end cable showing. Can anyone recommend a solution? I was thinking of screwing on one of those solderless nipples. Will they work when you consider the force applied by a handbrake?
Blatman
Welcome. I've never trusted those screw on nipples. Why not whip the cable off and send it to these guys who should be able to make you a new one, and a spare
