The paperwork from when it was built says to use semi-synthetic 10-40 but as this was in the early 1990's I wondered if things have changed since. Would a fully synthtic oil be better? and what do other owners use. The car is mainly used on the road with the odd track day but I plan to do more trackdays in the future.
