Richgm Posted March 17, 2009 Posted March 17, 2009 So theoretically a guy who finished in second place in every GP could loose to a guy who won one and crashed out of every other GP. Makes perfect sense. Quote
Matt Seabrook Posted March 17, 2009 Posted March 17, 2009 Should have just made the points difference greater between first and second IMO Quote
Matt Seabrook Posted March 17, 2009 Posted March 17, 2009 Just read the first link and it looks like I am not alone in thinking that either. Quote

stussysoil Posted March 17, 2009 Posted March 17, 2009 I think it is also ridiculous, I was really looking forward to this season with the new technology, was interested to see how the kinetic energy recovery system worked. But now surely we could get into some ridiculous situations where if it was a well contested season and wins where spread out between 4-5 drivers someone could finish say third or even fourth in terms of points but still be World Champion Quote
greenandmean Posted March 17, 2009 Posted March 17, 2009 May be they should call on Richard Machin c'mon richard get yerslf out the pub F1 have some points scoring matters to resolve Sarcastic ba****d, it's all your fault he's in the pub when you need him. Hope it doesn't take as long to get him out as it did to get him in there Quote

Maybe we'll see less tactical play and more straight racing. Quote

Nick Algar - Competition Secretary Posted March 17, 2009 Posted March 17, 2009 Think I will just listen to the signature tune and then change channels I have already dowloaded it, it's Fleetwood Mac - The chain I've given up on rulemakers, unfortunatley the old Saying "Rules are made for the guidance of wise men and the obediance of fools" has just proven the overwelming number of fools we have around these days. Sorry guys bad day at the local planning department, where the "jobsworths" p****d me of big style and cost me more money for f**k all. Quote
