mjv2744
I have a couple questions. I am in the USA currently yes I know I know sorry. Now that is out of the way. My Westie is a LHD do these floor mount pedals work on the LHD drive do you know? Also how much room would I gain any idea? Lastly mine was built on a 1999 chasis what exactly do I have as I bought it second hand and kind of was too happy to have found one rather then exactly what it was. TIA
chazpowerslide
For that year I would think that you would have either an SEW (Wide body live axle) or an SEiW Wide body indipendent rear suspension) I'd see no reason as to why you could'nt fit floor mount pedals on a LHD car but on some of the Westy Chassis the LH footwell is narrower than the RH. You are probhably not going to gain any space over the top mount pedals, with the floor mounts you will not be able to "rest" your foot behind the pedals which is a problem for some. Why do you need extra space? (big feet, very tall ect) Chaz.
