chippy
Hi all After a little bit of research on the net and a closer inpsection to my engine i have found out i have a KS head not a coscast as i have a oil gallary core plug. Which was abit of a disapointment i have to say Should i get rid and find a coscast head or is it worth the risk? Is it a very common problem or is it just something that mite happen depending on how lucky you are? Cheers
stu999
Don't worry about it. Chances are that it has already gone porus and repaired long ago...! For the money a Coscast head fetches (for some reason), you could get a KS repaired anyway
Arm
As Stu says dont worry. Only a few go and if it does its an easy fix. Besides the ports on the Cosworth head were no better than the GM/KS.
