Pilot Pete Posted December 7, 2008 Posted December 7, 2008 you should listen to your Uncle Jc the moo needs to go on ebay The moo needs an engine so it can give lessons! Need to make a decision though, if I stick a decent engine on, I'll lose money, if I sell it now, I'll make money. I'm slightly attached to the moo and battling with the cap in bobs kart was b****y good fun! Speaking of which: Listen to that, bit of old school LL cool J! Quote

Pilot Pete Posted December 7, 2008 Posted December 7, 2008 Sell the Moo, add a few quid and we will sell you a World Formula. Answer Well if its only a few quid, might well be! Cap has got me bumper on the moo so can give yours back, still have to change the carb back though, one of us will drop the bits back in at some point, cheers for the lend . In fact the cap has been grafting hard today, he's nicely cleaned up the birel so it looks loved, and fiddled me brake so it will work better. BTW, SHOCK! we have removed the ballast from the daddy birel! She's much easier to lift and move about now. All that weight was starting to stretch our arms I think. Need some weight I can take on and off, will have to try and get hold of some lead to mold onto the seat, did you say you could get hold of some? Quote
JeffC Posted December 7, 2008 Author Posted December 7, 2008 for lead you need to speak to raw racing, as a roofer he will have a cheap source for it the money from the moo should just about cover it Quote

Guest Posted December 7, 2008 Posted December 7, 2008 well back in the real world of southern racing we had a mixed day , 15th to 2nd in heat one on an icey track (they don't cancel meetings like those northern jessies) heat 2 into the tyrewall on the out lap from the front row snapping both track rod ends and therefore a DNS heat 3 after rebuilding the front end finished 7th but little front end grip , 8th on the grid for the final , got a great start 5th and catching 3rd and 4th like they are struggling (temps plumeted and it was almost icy again) get right on top of them they take each other out bright in front of me leaving me knowhere to go ...... more bent and snapped bits but the engine is now flying .... roll on the 3 round winter champs , now i'm off to tend some aching limbs. Yes it was very wet, someone didn't 'alf come a cropper at the end of a fast straight. Looked like he locked up the brake and totally lost it. Whacked into the tyre wall right in front of the camera. Cant remember which channel it was on, but I guess it'll be repeated sometime.. Quote
Andrew Posted December 7, 2008 Posted December 7, 2008 London Cup karting was on Motors TV, next showing 15-50 tomorrow. (Monday) Quote
