JeffC Posted December 28, 2009 Author Posted December 28, 2009 Ian has spoke to David and its on 4 2mrw, down side is if its an open meeting which im sure it will be your wets wont last 2 minutes on that surface If it was slicks I would consider going but im not going to butcher £120 quids worth of tyres Still think i am going to head down just can't wait to get out in the kart really! Does that mean you are not going at all? not sure at this moment in time, im gagging to try these motors too but cant afford to buy another set of wets for next Sunday Warden Law is easy on wets but I know from experience how bad Teesside is last time David said we were all on slicks when it was lagging down and the prokarts were flying, I reckon there is more grip there in wet on slicks that at w/law in the dry Quote

I have just checked the weather and it looks at though it gets to 0 degrees at midnight and then becomes milder so with luck we will have some racing tomorrow! Quote
JeffC Posted December 28, 2009 Author Posted December 28, 2009 queer track he is proposing! dunno what the devil gearing a man will run for that! Quote
Pilot Pete Posted December 28, 2009 Posted December 28, 2009 queer track he is proposing! dunno what the devil gearing a man will run for that! That track will be totally W-ank! Its too fast and straight, suppose overtaking opportunities might be increased mind. If your running a pro-kart, you'll have to run something daft like a 66 I would have thought. Quote
JeffC Posted December 28, 2009 Author Posted December 28, 2009 your not wrong trouble is a 66 will jangle the clutches on the slow corners! and not sure I want to be doing 66 type speeds on the ice Quote
Eddy Posted December 28, 2009 Posted December 28, 2009 You found it, just logged back on. Fuel filter b*******d on pick-up so have to fix that in the morning before I can go to Tinside Quote

If you go to high you'll get absolutaly mullered on all the fast bits which is about 90% of the track! Quote
Guest Posted December 29, 2009 Posted December 29, 2009 Harv you must be flitting between facebook and wscc are you quite possibly !! i am in a whole different timezone at the moment , been here a while so no idea where i am or what i am doing. Quote
