Ross Posted March 8, 2009 Share Posted March 8, 2009 Ribs are fine now that i have a rib protector although bottom of my back is sore as the chicane was out near the bus shelter so the hump were like take off ramps at the braking point. Ross Posted March 8, 2009 Share Posted March 8, 2009 Hugely unlucky ross! Is the biland an interferance engine? Can you just stick a new belt on and away you go? I have the receipt from Saxon motorsport from when the last time the cam belt snapped and i can tell you it doesn't read very good . The other problem is that it is a sealed engine so other then looking down the exhaust port to see if the valve are bent i will have to break the seal which makes the kart ineligible for races .
