RS WST Posted September 19, 2008 Share Posted September 19, 2008 Duratec Ultimate spec Cylinder Head - Custom +1mm G&S valves, Flow bench developed ports by Jim Garrard (inc full reprofile of Exh Port No4), std seats replaced with Nibron, also nibron guides as this is a far better head dissipation material than bronze. Double valve springs and retainers retainers are included. Inlet ports flow 182cfm at 10", exh flow 139cfm. Dynamic flow range accuracy across ports of +/- 1% (with temp correction). This was my greatest expense!! all told it came in at £4200, but clearly I won't get anywhere near this back. Also included is a set of ARP Head Studs and nuts in M12 Used on 700bhp turbo project but block cracked during mapping on dyno at 660bhp so abandoned project and bought and Evo instead.
