Last you heard it wasn't even a rolling chassis.  In fact, its still not a rolling chassis.

You missed the option out of taking Dad's MX5 and throwing it off a cliff.

Aww boo - the bare chassis pic was far funnier :)

I'm voting you finish late, drive like a loon and catch up... :)

And reading the BEC list Steve Wiseman still doesn't have a head for his R1 either.

You lot like to cut it fine.

Just wish I was going too :(

I thought I was running fine, sump is back on but the dregs out of the old one were 'interesting'

wood

alu shards

very hard metal lumps

grit

lumps of carbon

Just gotta sort brakes, fill cooling system and oil, fix hairline crack in manifold, refit exhaust sort carbs and trumpets out...panic...pack..panic...head for ferry.

PS Only 2 'real' days at home between now and 29th .

Well I don't know who voted for the first option, but they're wrong.  I'll borrow me dad's MX5 if I don't make it in time.

At least I have a job where I don't have to go to work between now and the tour, so I should have enough time, barring any major disasters.

I vote for fix in time but destroy before the coast in the UK
