I am a newbie too, but am looking forward to meeting up with some of you guys on Sunday.

Is the plan for the VW meet still on ? I am pretty tempted as am getting bored of driving to Henley and back but need to check before confirming. Will defintely be at one or tother though so keep me informed and will look forward to meeting some of you Sunday !

OK. Been busy all day then straight out for pie and drinks. Then of couse it was F1 qualies ont' telly. So late posting. I plan to go to VW, and will be driving straight down to join some Elises (since that's all I have now ). Those wishing to convoy down to VG should meet at the Bird in Hand at 9.45. It's only about 40 mins from there. I'll see you guys there.

For the others, it's business as usual at midday at the Bird. I hope that makes sense. I've had a few drinks!

Good turnout at the Bird in the hand, despite the fact that most of the regulars went to VW first before making an appearance.

Nice to see lots of new faces and a few of the old ones, and the sun was shining          

Just a pity I was one of the Mondeo crew

David: when you said there was a good turnout, did you mean a good turnout of Modeos?  I hope there were a few Westfields so it was clear that this was a WSCC meet.

Blatters did the respectful thing and parked away from all the Westfields.............then I parked very close    to Blatters car
