bultacobarry Posted September 13, 2006 Share Posted September 13, 2006 assumning its twin webers You should have a paper gasket between the manifold and the head. Then there are two choices between the carbs and the manifold. 1) Injection molded plastic part with O rings inserted in either side. or 2) Alloy misabs with the rubber O rings bonded onto the the aluminuim. Option 2 is preferred from my perspective as the plastic type often crack and allow air leaks.
