Thanks for the concern guy’s; I waited over 2 hours for a local break down truck to arrive. Happy to report that it was just a cracked oil cooler. More importantly despite the fact it perhaps looked like I’d lost all the oil it was in fact just over a pint, so no damage to the engine. I called the break down because I was more worried about a fire than the loss of oil. Well back together again now but with only 10 ten days left before it’s off the road not sure if it will get another run this year.

Glad to hear that apart from the inconvenience, it turned out not to be to serious or costly
