Come on Guys This is our first apperance at Duxford,lets not let the other clubs put us to shame with a better turn out than our club,you did it at The Sporting Bears at Kimbolton if we can muster half that much it will be brilliant! It will be worth going just to see my ZEiW arrive with a 6mtrx3mtr easy up gazeebo strapped to the back,must be a record!

I'll pop along.  I'm not driving aaaaaaall the way to Northampton just to drive aaaaaaall the way back but, I could meet you somewhere between?  However, I'll need pretty precise instructions, as I'll be relying on sat-nav to get me there and I don't get too many day releases a year

I could even take you all to Chaz's house.  It's right next to mine (unlucky for him )

That sounds like a great idea Neil. We will be leaving Macdonalds in Raunds at 8.15 so what time and where would be best to meet up with you ? We have to enter through gate 1 which I am told is not the main gate.

Pick a route, Gavin, and I'll endeavour to cut you off at some point along it.  Road numbers would, as ever, be very handy, along with distinguishing points of interest etc.  did I mention I'm crap at directions?

I spoke to some of the Cam7 lot, last night.  I can't be invited to their day out as I'm not covered by their PLI

How about the Cambridge Sevices AT Junction 28 on the A14 at SWAVESEY,only 15-20 mins to duxford from there.

Do you know where that is neil,head towards Huntingdon and look for the big EXTRA sign,also TEXACO,KFC,TRAVELODGE......etc,

If you guys are going to do A14 -> M11 then that seems as good a place as any.  I thought you might end up taking a more scenic route, is all.

The EXRTA sign - Is that the one that looks like the McDonald's sign collapsed in on itself?

I'll find it (unless you were planning on other routes).  I've probably passed it dozens of times and never noticed it.  I don't start getting hungry until Peterborough

That's fine  I could be just as selfish and say honk yer horn as you come onto the M11.  I'll be sitting in the lay-by off the A14.  LOL

As if we would not reply guys, we are leaving Mcdonalds at Raunds Northampton on the A45 then to Kimbolton to St Neots on the B645 then in St Neots take the B1046 through Abotsley to Lt/Gt Gransden to Longestow coming out on the Ermin Rd A1198 then to Bassingbourne to the A505 and on to Duxford The entrance is at Gate 1  on the A505 at 9.30am hopefully.
