If your rack is a genuine Escort rack, then the internals *should* fit. The easy way to tell seems to be wether the rack pinion is held in by a plate that is affixed with two bolts. If so, you are looking at an Escort rack... Internals are not bad at all to swap. IIRC there is a fairly detailed guide on rack strip/rebuild in the Mk2 Escort Haynes manual too, should you need a helping hand along the way Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
