Poz Posted November 15, 2005 Posted November 15, 2005 Right guys - havin a good day! - just been prompoted and offered a new motor! £15,000 limit - must have four doors and a good boot. Poss. Estate. Boss pushing towards a 3 series. What do ya reckon? Quote
gadrego Posted November 15, 2005 Posted November 15, 2005 Has it got to be new? If so, a 3 series will be out of budget. How about an Octavia? Congratulations on the promotion Quote
Boomy Posted November 15, 2005 Posted November 15, 2005 Audi avant diesel jobby? Can't go wrong with them really and you can get a low mileage decent spec one for that money. Quote
GlynC Posted November 15, 2005 Posted November 15, 2005 Also depends on who pays ... or how they pay you for the gas used. If you get a pence per mile deal get a diesel also better on the tax mostly. Enjoy it though, I stopped getting company motors some years back, miss the nice feeling of not having to not worry about the tyres scrubbing off and the service indicator counting down to the next trip to the stealers!!! Dracoro Posted November 15, 2005 Posted November 15, 2005 If you look at the back of the latest Test Drive mag, they list all the cars by category. Check the 'estates' section and you should have all those on the market. Assume yours will be 2nd hand at £15k if the 3 series has been mentioned so some will be too new (e.g. new nice saab 9-3! Just done an Autotrader search for such a car (upto 3 years, 330d Touring upto 100,000miles) and the best of the bunch was this.....Dealer I think this guy is a member on here...... Quote
