1.6 CVH engine for sale

Hi guys,

Since I have now fitted my new CVH, my old one is for sale.

I'm selling the engine with Weber 40 DCOE carbs, shallow sump (Yukspeed fabricated) and the engine mounts for a wide bodied Westfield.

I'm looking for £400 or nearest offer.

I had it on a rolling road last year and it got 115bhp (which is about right for a standard CVH on twin 40's).

It was running o.k. when I took it out.  I changed the cam belt about 2 years ago and the tappets about 1.5 years ago.

I changed as I wanted more power :t-up:  :t-up:  :t-up: .

It comes with the standard cam cover, not the RS1600i one.

  • 2 weeks later...

The sump is now sold subject to payment, so it may be better to split the parts.

CVH engine with clutch and flywheel.

Twin weber DCOE 40's on CVH manifold

SEW cvh engine mounts

Make me an offer.

I may put them on e-bay soon, but i've not sold anything on e-bay before so i'm still abit wary about it.
