I have been with BTBroadband for years never had a problem and when I have had to speak to abdul he has been very helpfull A1 service I say  :t-up:  :t-up:  :t-up:

I don't understand how AOL survives .  Don't know anyone that is happy with their service.  As stated earlier try Bulldog.  8MB unlimited for around £20, its a new offer i think.  A few people I know are moving across.  I think the customer services are a bit dodgy, takes ages to get through though.
